The Brief
Our client was preparing to host a prestigious Gala Dinner in London for 300 guests, themed around the Nordic Prize. The event required a venue with true wow factor while keeping within their budget and ideal dates.

Venue Choice was brought in to identify the perfect location, manage the venue relationship, and ensure every logistical detail was in place, leaving the client free to focus on the creative and guest experience.
What we delivered:
Venue sourcing: We presented a curated shortlist of standout London venues in line with the theme and brief. Following review, the client selected the stunning Plaisterers’ Hall, a grand and versatile venue that provided the perfect setting.
Site visit support: On behalf of the client, we visited the venue, capturing detailed videos and photos and holding discussions with the in-house team around logistics, layout, and guest flow. We arranged a personalised layout to give the client a banquet layout, while allowing space for staging and screens.
Menu tasting coordination: We arranged and confirmed the client’s menu tasting, working directly with the venue’s catering team to ensure all requirements were met.
Accommodation management: We supported with hotel rooms for attendees, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring seamless booking arrangements.
